Alias Sketchbook Pro

I have had Alias Sketchbook Pro ever since I got my first Tablet PC, a few years ago. I’ve been a fan of it from day one, but I never really used it because I didn’t have a project that required freehanding. However, I have a new game in the works, and I gone back to paper to get the creative juices flowing. This weekend I started using Sketchbook Pro for coloring and I just have to say that it is amazing. The program has a great feel unlike any other, and the UI is inspired.
The drawing above took me about 15 or 20 minutes, from blue-line sketch to two different colored versions. I would have taken me much longer on paper, I don’t think I could have done that at all with Photoshop, since Photoshop’s free-drawing tools just don’t feel right to me.
I will write more about Sketchbook Pro someday, but for now I’ll end with this: If you have a Tablet PC you need this program. It is unlike any other drawing program out there.

UPDATE: I’ve now included the head, which was part of my 15 minute drawing, but cropped out in the version I posted.

Yea, program is interesting. I also don’t like Photoshop, too many different tools, but to create something, which you’ll like is difficult.
