The fix is like this: 1- Log out of Yahoo mail. 2- go to menu Tools > Clean Private Data. 3- Uncheck all boxes. Check "cookies". Yes, you'll have to delete your cookies, or at least the ones related to Yahoo. 4- Log back in to Yahoo mail. DO NOT resize the reading pane again.
