We have a question and hope you have a terrific answer We have two Replay's both with the famous commercial advance feature! YEAH! Out of the blue the other day one of them would turn on (light on) but nothing on the screen? Then, we can't get it to turn off or reboot unless we unplug it. When it's plugged back in the light comes back on but that's it, no picture, no menu, no program guide...just the blue light. I called REPLAYTV and they said we had to send it in for $119 for them to fix. I am trying to avoid that. Is there anything you can suggest that might bring life back to our "little guy"?
